Started the new training cycle with Thad today. We’ve worked out a lot together over the past few years, but he hasn’t actually trained me like this since the beginning, when I was unknowingly Customer 0 of DevLifts. I’m super excited to have him coaching me again — I have some big goals to hit!
By the end of the cycle, aiming for:
Bench: 315lb (current: 285lb)
Squat: 385lb (current: 350lb)
Deadlift: 435lb (current 385lb)
All without compromising mobility for BJJ.
- Stair Jumps – 2 x 4
- Plyometric (clap) Pushups – 2 x 4
- Bench Press (comp. form) – ???
- Bent Over Row – 3 x 8
- Prehab Pull – 1 x 15 (each side)
