  • Bench press
    • 165 x 5 – pause at bottom, every rep
    • 195 x 5 – pause at bottom, every rep
    • 225 AMRAP (pause at bottom on first rep) x 8
  • Prehab Pull @ 15lb
    • Left side – 1 x 15
    • Right side – 1 x 15
