Pretty sore from last night’s BJJ class (one hour of open mat rolling). Between that and training in a fasted state, I didn’t hit as many reps on my AMRAP set as I thought I could have.

Back Squat

  • 1 @ 260lb
  • 1 @ 295lb
  • 2 @ 335lb (AMRAP set)
